Pinus sylvestris and bends to help cut-out wedge
Hi all
Pine was collected in spring 2006. This is a fairly common pine growing originally on steeper slopes. This corresponds to the bending nebari, as well as a declaration bow stem, which is not ideal.
I started with bends at the end of April 2010. For now, the last was at the end of August 2011. The truth is that some of the places in the bends are aesthetically perfect and probably will be in the final approach to the concept creating sari. However, for the entire period of work left to dry tree only two smaller branches.

Hi Mick and Orion
Thank you for yours nice replies and questions.
To use cut saw with fine teeth. So far I have worked for four cuts. Depth of cut as needed bending. I do not know if all srostou. It is possible that in the future will need to create Shari. The first, bottom is no longer guaranteed and is very solid. It can be seen on other callus. We'll see how it will develop further.
