Fall 2011 Maple

Post  Tom Simonyi on Mon Oct 24, 2011 1:09 pm

I have posted this tree on other occasions, but one of the things I enjoy most about it is that the fall coloration is always varied...

Tom

That's a great tree. It'll look even better with more maturation and branch thickness. It reminds me of so many garden maples I've seen all throughout Raleigh.

Thanks for posting!!!
Have a great week!!!

Sam, Rob, and Ed: I am glad you enjoyed the colors....this tree's fall mantle is one of the major reasons I look forward to the fall season.

Jay: I am not familiar with the Seigen cultivar....this tree is an A. palmatum dissectum 'flavescens.' Hope this helps.

Tom
