This movie was made by me from stills using windows live movie maker... not as good as ilife for the Mac!

Its a walk from My house up Holcombe Hill.. and home again. The walk takes about 50 minutes including a 5 minute stop on the bench to take in the view!

Thanks for sharing Tony. Seems like a nice trip! I like to see that so many of the houses are made in an old fashion manner. Well, I guess most of them are also quite old! But I must admit, what I liked the most is the stone wall on the side of your photos. One goal Ive set myself, is that when the day comes and I build my own house, I want a stone wall all around the property.
English towns differ quite alot from Norwegian ones.

Thanks, Tony. That's a part of England I've never seen, and probably won't. It's lovely, and I agree with Storm, like the stone walls. These days, I'd probably break a leg on some of those pathways, though.

What is the story behind the tower? I looked for Rapunzel, but didn't see her (quite); the lovely lady you photographed didn't have quite enough hair. :cyclops:

Its funny because the stone walls are part of my whole life and I simply do not see them anymore... perhaps I should enjoy them more Smile

the lovely lady is Carolyn (she who must be obeyed Rolling Eyes )

The tower: Its Robert Peel

All of that inside of a 50 minute walk! It looks like paradise.
