Seasonal September
inspired by Pavels ' trees in sept' post, and rather than hijacking his ! I thought lets have an open thread with current pictures of some of our trees, especially with a few that will show some seasonal variation if we do a similar thread later in the year.
these pics were taken in the garden 3 or 4 days ago and its amazing to see some trees thinking its autumn and others still growing new leaves as if its mid summer
acer palmatum deshojo
juniper chinensis
larch - 1st styling from raw
Acer Palmatum Mikawa yatsubusha
juniper chinensis-literati
Acer palmatum clump
Juniper rigida - relaxing before wiring again
acer palmatum kiyohime
chinese elm - not corkbark
it will be interesting to see the variations in growth cycles from around the world
cheers Marcus

Re: Seasonal September
They are soo beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
My indoor Japanese maples are still green while the outdoor ones start turning red. I will try to get some photos this week.

Re: Seasonal September
Sorry about the misphrase. I repotted it recently and put it "indoor" just to keep it in the shade for a couple of days. Now it's outside.
