Dragon workshop

Post  chris on Sun Sep 18, 2011 7:39 pm

Good turn out today with some really interesting trees
Chris Bray came along with a new redwood that he picked up this week

Chris and the rest of us discussed the best way to go and then he spent the rest of the day implementing his image.

Next was a great Scots pine that Andy had got of Graham Potter at the Bonsai world 2011 two weeks ago

Again the tree was viewed by everyone present and ideas bounced about, there was a branch wired through to the front of the tree which was agreed was looking to forced compaired to the gracefulness of the rest of the tree.

The branch was taken back through and re arranged

Mike spotted a small bit of Larch material out the back and a nice pot on the shelf , well they will go together nicely !!!!

A little bit of steam bending on the dead wood will finish it
