I am guessing. At first I thought it was some kind of Weigela, and then decided it was some kind of Honeysuckle with small leaves and flowers, and then wondered if it was some kind of Spirea....

I think it's an Abelia, possibly grandiflora.

I was thinking some type of Jasmine or Lily.
First Picture is Jasmine.
Second Picture is a White Lilac.

Another vote for abelia here...just googled some images of abelia and it looks almost identical.
