Could see photo today, very nice tree.

How about a photo from the front at eye level, this appears to be from above.

Hi Karabi,
The training of your casuarina seems to be in the right direction.
I like your tree,it has great potential!
Best regards,

Hi Pons,

The padding is fine and alright but the trunk hardly shows much movement or flow. But nice try from your side.Welcome to IBC.

Good work there.

One caution, casuarina are such vigorous top growers that with the dense branching on your tree top you may start to develop reverse taper. It might be time to thin out the top while the bottom branches are still thickening.

It looks like it is being trained in typical 123 type branch-placement for 'formal-upright' form.
This form is very popular with Kolkata Bonsai growers (artists?) as seen in various shows in Kolkata.
The top shows new growth with-out trace of reverse taper at present-still as Rob has pointed out the possibility may be kept in mind while further refining.
The vegetative growth is good -just thinking is there any scope of needle reduction?
Is the 1st, branch on our left a sacrifice branch and what are those loose wire doing on such a healthy tree?
