Identify these casts and how to deal with them

Look what I found on the surface of a Shohin Yew... they are empty casts... one had a grub in but I accidentally squished it with the tweezers.

help Identify and deal with... I bet they are common Flies though!

I don't think any action required. I think they are just normal fly pupa..probably feeding on the fertilser cakes
