Cabernet Sauvignon Grape

Here is a grape that I have had for a couple of years now, I picked it up at a old nursery in Temecula, CA. I paid 15 or 20 dollars for it.
The trunk is 2 inches and it is 42 inches wide and 24 inches high.

Nice potted shrub

I'm sure that Californians, at least some of them, will try to make red wine with a bit less tanins, and above all, less of that "green oak cask" flavor

Anyway, Sauvignon is best for dry white wine.

It's a real challenge to make a godd wine, sorry, a good bonsai from vitis vinifera. I was given one with a 12-15 cm thick base, and I can't see how to style it !

Great bonsai. Very enjoyable to look at. Must be stimulating to drink a nice glass of wine while sitting in the room with it.

You should get at least a case out of that harvest
