I defoliated some leaves to enable you to see the berries more
clearly.

Hi Budi! This tree is so awesome!!! It is spectacular! It is done so well that it is difficult to judge its actual size. It seems so small and compact, and yet it must be a very big size bonsai, and yet it also conveys a massive image of a giant banyan tree so well.
Thanks for showing it.

That's a beautiful tree Budi. Please can you give us an idea of its size? Thanks for posting.

Here I took a closer picture. The restriction of the size in this
forum prevent me from sending big size picture.

Budi,

Just browsing again to your post, this tree reminds me of the ancient ficuses we saw in Prambanan.

Great job!!!

Respected sir ,

I wonder what was the feeding/fertilizing method and type that created such enormous trunk of your famous longiland ficus. Please guide me. sir can you tell me if organic fertilizer like cow dung is suitable for longisland. Its the best longislanD bonsai i have ever seen.

Hi Rudiment,

To get the thick trunk, you have to plant the stock in a large pot with good bonsai mixed. Fermented cow dung will be a good feeding. In one or two years, the trunk will be thick already. In the process you have to control the tapering trunk, anyhow, so that it will be a nice thick trunk as a bonsai.

Here is the bonsai as a greeting lunar new year card.
