Truly awesome work. I doubt you could find a pot that would detract from this tree.

Please post an update when you do repot.

Hello

I love it. Very nice tree.
Take out the pot and the background and i would say it´s a 20m tree in a city park.
Make your bonsai look like a tree. Very well done.

For the pot, i would go for something round or oval a bit wider than that and more shallow, for the colour i would go for white or cream.

Greetings
Mário

Bigbabol,

Jeruk keligkit (as it is called in Indonesia), lemocito (phillipines) and Sianci (china) is a tree species native to Souheast Asia. Rarely, this tree is also native to Puerto Rico and several Caribbean islands. As of today, our trees are in fruiting season.

Kind regards,

Jose Luis

Awsome tree BBB, can't wait to see it in the new pot, I think a shallow rectangular or oval is suitable for such a beauty.

Hi Bigbabol,

Very nice tree as always. Congrats to you on this one. I must also admit that in the so called Formal Upright style has so many interpretations and the most famous one is the one with pads on both sides. But your tree in my humble opinion is what is closest to nature - the way bonsai were meant to be. Your tree also is what I'd call a good illusion of a large tree in a pot and a very convincing one at that. Great work again.
