Welcome,

What you have is a Chinese Elm in poor soil. Watch your watering. Keep it outside in full sun, and in the spring repot it into free draining soil. Welcome to an addicting art form. Here's a nice care sheet:

The tree needs to be outside as much as possible.

I think I will leave the repotting question to someone from further north than I am. When we repot, we need time for the tree to recover before cold weather sets in and the tree goes dormant. The ideal time to report a deciduous tree is just before it wakes up in the spring.

Water when the tree is dry. Place a wooden meat skewer in the soil about an inch deep and 1/2 way between the trunk and the edge of the pot, pull it out to check for moisture. If the skewer is wet, don't water.

How often to fertilize depend upon what fertilizer you are using and the season of the year. Over fertilizing can kill a tree. I use a time release fertilizer called Osmocote, but that might not be available to you. A liquid house plant fertilizer could be used monthly following package directions.

Estonia is pretty far north, but I'd still wait until spring. Your tree should be outside during the summer and the warmer parts of spring and fall. But up where you are, I suspect you will need to bring it inside (in a COOL room) ove the winter. Since they sell bonsai in your area, there must be a few practitioners, but I did a search on the Bonsai Clubs International site and via Google and could find nothing closer than Lithuania.

Billy gave good advice about watering, but I would keep he wooded (or bamboo) skewer jammed to the bottom of the pot and would keep it in all the time, removing it once a day to test for moisture.

Good luck with your tree.
