This little one brightens up a corner of my garden.

Six inches tall in a plastic training pot at the moment, but hopefully get it into a nice pot next year.

Any advice on pruning would be appreciated. I'd like to prune for better ramification and reduction of leaf size. It was lightly pruned in late Autumn / early Winter last year.

what I have done with the little azalea that you see as my avatar, was to simply cut back hard after flowering, but don't touch the roots, allow the tree to break the dormant buds (which they will do easily) allow some extension on those buds then I cut back again. I was able to get a couple good prunes in last year before I had to let her grow to harden off for winter. Of course this comes at the expense of this years flowers but I thought it best to prune for shape first, then flowers can return in time once I get a good overall tree shape built up..
