I have a large Simpsons Stopper (Myrcianthes fragrans) that was collected from an urban location, but it is not a common subject. (Frequently when home or business owners want to change out an old landscaping we are able to collect some nice Bonsai material.) It is in bloom today. The concrete paver is 18 x 18 inches. The plant is a Florida native.

I love unusual bonsai species and am on a semi-quest to collect weird species not normally sculpted as trees myself..I like that tree bill.
