New Work Stand

Here's how I spent my Saturday.
The base of the stand is an old swivel base from a recliner.
I thought why not have the swivel on the bottom instead of the top.
The lower shelf is for tools.

Good idea Chappy. I hope it works well for you. You obviously put a lot of thought into it. You might consider rigging a way to hang your wire coils; hooks or dowels along the bare post parts. OR do you have a wire caddy that is separate?

Way to think "out of the box". I like it. I cant afford one of the specialty tripod turntables so this is a great alternative.
