Kauaibonsai was right.

It is a Pistachio.

Here some other pictures.
Because i haven't have much experiance with this tree i first going to observe the tree.
I heard i can prune it in may.
The shaping of the foliage and branches wille be for in the future.

nice tree yannick! false olive is not the same tree, philleria is the right name.

A very striking and unusual tree. The trunk is more like an evergreen tree. A good choice Yan. Very Happy

Great looking trunk. The red twigs look very spiffy.
Will be interested to see what you do with it. I'm not sure I like how the current foliage sticks out so far from the trunk.

From the rim of the pot the tree is 46 cm tall
