I have interest to create Scholar's Rock from this stone.
Stand or Daiza not present .

It looks very much like water worn limestone to me. Similar in character to Lake Taihu stones. Try viewing it from every angle and turning it upside down before deciding on what sort of daiza to carve for it. Nice find.

Diameter near 150mm

Roughly, I like Kev's idea of considering a heavier ("cloud") head and narrow foot. Avoid any obvious break on the front or top surface as well as stains or clay adhesion. Perhaps, something along this direction...

On the front surface there is not clay, but sandstone inclusion.
