Tamarind literati from seedling

Post  Guest on Fri Nov 05, 2010 1:03 am

For IBC and Ravi,

this is a tree from seedling. its not as good as the one from yamadori, but the good thing about this is that you can form the tree based on your idea from the beginning.

Jaco,

the tamarind is seven year old. you need at least five to have an old flaky looking bark.

This is too much of a coincidence

Hi Jun,

Thanks for the post and here is something that is too much of a coincidence. I am enclosing the pic of a Literati Ficus of mine taken a couple of months back. Now that two trees in two different parts of the world are styled in the same style is.......????????

Well what do you say...

Very nice work.
I too have a Tamarind from seed but it is so small that I won't even bother to post an image.
