Re: Autumn Larch
I love your larches.
(My larch didn't turn the beautiful gold this year. The needles were sort of buff/tawny.)
I really like your twin trunk!

Thanks Todd appreciate it, all my larches have never failed me colour wise,{ more luck
than judgement I suspect} ,at the same time my Hawthorns let me down colour wise
this season but the growth was phenomenal maybe there is a link mother nature eh!!

Re: Autumn Larch
Looking really good Alex, I like both of them.
My Larches are only just beginning to change colour - must be something to do with the tropical climate we have in South East Scotland.

Re: Autumn Larch
Very nice Larches Alex.
I especialy like the second one.
I was wondering why you have the green net over the pot of your twin trunk Larch.
Regards, roland

Thanks Roland , the reason for the green mesh is protection, the birds around my way are partial
to removing the moss from around the tree usually the day before I am exhibiting :evil:it also gives
a bit of shade on hot days larches although very forgiving I find dont like the soil too warm
especially as I tend to under pot them and less watering does help keeps the foliage size down, thats
the theory and it works for me hope this helps.
