Hi all friends.

This week I started working on the trees of the garden nursery. The plants are well grown, three or more years in the container. Some are also grown in a pot , some of them in the garden, a small solitary.
This is the first pine tree.

Amazing what you can find in your garden nursery. And even more amazing initial design that you made.

Nice work as usual Pavel ThumbsUp this is were I see true skill !!to take a piece of
raw material that most would pass by and create the likes which inspires and makes
bonsai accessible to everyone.
It is all too easy to obtain a ready made bonsai {if there is such a thing Rolling Eyes }
clean the pot and renew the top dressing from which little or nothing has been learned,
the key words here are Basics, Creation and Maintenance all of which Pavel has a plenty
" what don,t speak don,t lie" profound or what! Laughing study.

well done my friend Alex e Bagpiper

Pinus sylvestris "Bevronensis" Empty It is not enough to simply find good material.

It is not enough to simply find good material. Having a deep understanding of the possibilities... to see the bonsai inside the 'Tree' takes a great deal of skill and bravery affraid making the correct cuts, knowing what to keep and what to disregard. Pavels solution is just one from many... in this case the best solution, Nice one Pavel

Note: This does not mean that you can bring any old rubbish to Burrs and expect Pavel to make a silk purse out of a sows ear.
