yesterday was perfect for walkabout - so off to the mountain it was. sharing a few gifts from the forest. wild olive (olea europaea ) 
at home
bagged for recovery
paper bark ( melaleuca guinguenervia ) with nice movement in the lower trunk. 
shortened
closer
something new. black wattle (acacia mearnsii ) anyone have experience with this tree? 
tight , dark green lacey foliage, white snowball flowers in season
