I like the color of that junipers pot. A good lot of trees to get started with:)

Went to Hollow Creek today and picked up a couple new trees. First a San Jose Juniper and a Bougainvillea starter.

HI.

your new trees are better for bonsai. IMHO, the new juniper has a good trunk base, and a well spread nebari (roots spread above ground). if you are planning to get more bonsai trees, always check first the nebari and the trunk- well spread nebari, trunk with some sort of character to be develop in the future is always good.
the bougainvillea....well i dont know... it usually comes with a trunk, no matter how thin or small Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy .
the flowers are cute though.

regards,
jun
