my premna baby

i just repotted this premna this morning. i also change its style from informal upright to the current style.
hope it will grow healthy.
please give your comment and suggestion on what to be improve.

There's some potential there.

What I'd like to see:

1. The tree planted a step or two away from the pot rim. You can wire the cascade tail down.

2. The cut at the top of the bend hollowed out a bit so you don't end up with a bulge.

Personally, at this stage I wold have planted it in a slightly larger -- if no deeper -- pot.

i just know that the tree must have some distance from the pot rim. actually, this is my first cascade.
i will put it on the ground if the tree is not growing well. then its root can penetrate through the pot hole.
