My wife is yarnbombing a tree in one of my gardens . The same garden with the gorse. She has crocheted all of it by hand. The lady who owns the garden is having a wedding there so we thought it you brighten up the tree.

Thanks both of you. We would love to do it all the way up the tree. Whether she wants to pay any more as it has taken 25hrs so far. It is getting harder to sew them on as the tree is a bit brittle and i can't lean a ladder against it. One more web i think will behappening at the most. The webs were starting to hurt my wifes hand as it is acrylic and rubs her fingers.

That's really beautiful. What a fun garden to work in! The cave and mosaic couch are a lovely feature! What kind of tree is your wife crocheting? Does it have a season when leaves are present? Salut, Todd ThumbsUp

Yarnbombing a dead tree. Empty Yarnbombing a Dead Tree

I enjoy learning new words. This one isn't in the online Merriam-Webster, but I Googled it & learned something. Yarnbombing is essentially the art of installing knitted or crocheted graffiti on city objects. Somebody did it to an abandoned gas station on the other side of Syracuse. Now I know what it's called.
