Howzit All Again,

This is the second bougie that my friend said I can have. This one is pretty much straight forward no drama. Nice trunk lines. In time this will turn out nicely.

Mahalo Oscar,

This is a few months after the last update. It starting to break color after a hard pruning. Dance I had already wired some of the vines and will trim back later on.

No Oscar, it's the root system. When I got this from the airport greenhouse it was starting to get root bound. So I cut as much as I could and thought that the top would look good as the nebari.

Howzit All,

I just repotted the bougie this morning in a Tokoname pot from http://www.bonsaimonk.com/index.html. It's coming along nicely but would like to hear of any suggestions that y'all might have. Mahalo Smile

Hi Tim, That is looking good. The two branches on the left don't seem to go with the rest of it. Without them it will look even better in my opinion.

Mahalo Smithy,
Question, someone told me that I should get the internodal length down short as possible. On a bougie how do you do that?
