Meg the larch Empty Meg the larch

Fed up with being a lurker, I have decided to come out of the closet, so to speak! I would like some comments on a tree I have recently acquired. It is called Meg the Larch. I am planning to style it at the Dragon Bonsai club show this summer. I have had lots of comments from club members but was advised to put it on the IBC site for more ideas. Meg is 30"high from the rim of the pot, 33"wide with a 3" dia trunk. Your thoughts and help would be appreciated.

From one lurker to another welcome along. I too came out of the same closet Laughing just recently. Lovely tree to be sure. Nothing is shouting out right now for the tree, will have a wee think.

Machiel, the tree was planted at this angle when I bought it recently and there aren't any nabari.
Mike, thanks for your kind remarks, just make sure you shout loud after your wee think.
Jerry, thanks for the push.
Alex, you do yourself an injustice with your drawings. I love number 1, something very similar was suggested by one of our club members at Dragon Bonsai. Also thanks for idea 3 but I am hoping to do the styling at the annual Dragon show(providing I have made a decision by then.) scratch
