The biggest one I can think of in that area is Peter Chans

I thought Kew Gardens had some bonsai on display as well or am I dreaming?

RHS Wisley has an outdoor bonsai area as well, designed by Peter Chan of Herons iirc.

i am a regular visitor of Heron's. Peter has an amazing collection of raw material and also of trees. The scenery includes a beautiful pond/japanese garden. You can get a train from London Victoria station to Lingfield (less than an hour) and then a taxi (10 minutes from Lingfield station) to heron's. Peter is a really nice person and he will show you around his 7 acre nursery.

Very Happy
