Took some spring 2010 pics today. Not very happy with the exposure though...too much glare/contrast. I won't even post the pic of the shohin azalea in bloom Crying or Very sad ...maybe I can take another tomorrow. Trident, Ginkgo, and small Zelkova (about 8 inches - 20 cm)

Ah what a difference that Carolinay sunshine makes! My Ginkgo is only now starting to come into leaf and I reckon it'll be another ten days or more before it's fully leafed.

But at least I know it made it through our horrible winter now.

Very very nice. You have a good eye matching container to the tree. I love Trident maple with Oribe green pot(is it Jap. Tok.?) The ginko pot really picks up that fissured bark. Who's pot is Zelco. in? Nice for fall color. Dustin Mann

Thanks for the replies. Joe, the Ginkgo I have had since 2001 after purchasing it as a stump of sorts. Here's a picture of it from 2002-2003.

The trident is in a Japanese pot, perhaps Tokoname. I don't have a pic of the chop on the bottom.
The Ginkgo and Zelkova are both in pots by American potter Sara Rayner. Here's a better pic of the Zelkova in which the pot can be better seen.

Lastly, a small (8 inch) exposed root azalea. Don't like the pot though...

Hi John,
All of your trees look great as well as the pictures. You know that I really like that little Azalea.
I did a virtual with a different pot and I also rotated the tree to the left a little.
