Flowering Quince in Bloom

Post  fredtruck on Thu Mar 25, 2010 9:35 pm

This is my chaenomeles speciosa bonsai, in flower. My friend, Ron Heinen dug it up in 2003. In 2005, he sold it to me, and I have been working with it ever since. Right now, it is in all its spring glory.

I have attached 2 pictures, one of the bonsai and then a closeup of the flowers, which are a little hard to see due to the emerging leaves.

Hi Fred,

Please try to post your images here. It is easy once you get the hang of it and the image hosting is free for us, so will make it easier for our viewers.
