If so, it was created by another IBCer (and Mrs FellowIBCer) who hopefully can be persuaded to post it here as he took much superior pics to us by dint of having a real fancy dan lighting set-up and what looked like a belisha beacon on top of his camera. Exhibition trees at JoB Icon_lol

The willow in Harry's pic was by Simon Temblett. As well as being a stunning tree, please note that the pot and table were also made by Simon.

And, there have been threads on the IBC in the past about the suitability of Hinoki Cypress for bonsai. No arguing with this fella. Approx 38"-40" height I'd say.

What do you mean by "badly positioned"? Its branch structure, planting angle or literally where it was located in the room at JoB? Can't see how it would be much to do with the former two there.

Some stunning trees, thnks for everyone who posted. That Simon Temblett sure is a slacker underachiever, isn't he...

Love the Blackthorn, Will.

It had to be placed right infront of that piece of wood, as there was little space but hey ho Exhibition trees at JoB Icon_biggrin

Ah right, with you now. Here is my pic of the full display and yes the upright does rather detract now that you mention it. On the day, I was admiring the tree from close up so didn't notice it. Hopefully others were doing the same.
