Do you have a close-up picture of the leaves? The picture is not very good to identify which ficus species it is.
Anyway, I believe a shallow oval pot is your best choice for pot, specially if you are going to shape this tree in a banyan style (take a look at examples of it on Google Images).
Cerâmica Petrópolis has some good options of large pots for you to choose, and you can also choose which color you want the pot to be. Check the website below:

Another option is for you to make the pots yourself - the easiest way is making cement pots, which are good as training pots. Here is a link to a discussion on the subject here at IBC:
