Hi Mrs HR, I'll see what I can do as I'm still new to this gig.
I have got a little alpine that I'm hoping to get a nice pot for at Noelanders next week and if it keeps flowering, it has not stopped all through December, I might use it at Willowbog. If it's passable & post a pic.

Don't hold your breath Steve, just ask Will Wink

Thanks Simon.

I just had a thought. You could make some nifty accent containers from the remains of your guttering!

I did find this growing in the local Church ragstone wall.

I hope that "borrowing" this won't send me to hell!!!

God helps those who help themselves. Or so I'm told.

Its either that or "God help those who help themselves".

I guess it all depends on the situation.

It is funny what a simple little "s" does to the meaning of the phrase!

As in "That girl just hit on me."

It's not meant to be cold, Jay. Just practical and eco-concious. Sort of.

Hmmm. I was about to recommend to Kev that we ditch this forum and just post accents in the Bonsai Forum. There'll never be that much use here, or so I'd think. But whatever. We'll see.

Jim. I think they just needed a bit of encouragement! Notoriously shy, these accent people.

Peter. Thanks for the pics (she's impressed). But aren't you a little old to be playing with soldiers?

My first accent... A quick tour through local woods and I gleaned these little beauties. The pot is mine but the mosses, lichens fern and twig are natures own.

Accent stock

Post  Andy Hardman on Mon Jan 18, 2010 9:43 pm

Hi Steve,
I am aware of your personal dislike of accent plants but on behalf of your good lady I am willing to donate some plants for her to play with. You saw some of my stuff at the Wirral show and If you would like to make arrangements to meet up with me at home or at one of our club meetings we can discuss her needs and desires and I will make every effort to satisfy her for you.
Regards,
Andy.
