The second picture is the better front. And, while a windswept is possible, I don't really see one there because the main trunks are too stiff and not bent (especially the smaller ones) as they would be in an area with constant winds.
I do see a nice triple-trunk, informal upright, though.

Whatever, I would remove the two smaller trunks.
What species is that? It looks like a prunus of some sort...

hmm looks almost like wirightia religiosa, d color of d leaves, shape, the branches, d growth pattern etc. i might b wrong though =P
