It just took 2 weeks for roots to form. Next year the air-layering will get another air-layering.

Original mother tree was bought from the 45 hectar Mainau Island, which lies just off the shores of Lake Constance, on the far south-west of Germany, close to Switzerland and Austria.

It is also called Ficus benjamina 'Pandora', and has dark, glossy green leaves which are folded and curled. Easily kept in bounds with constant pruning. An excellent bonsai specimen.

Yes but only at this time of year with hot humid weather.
