Seed exchange Empty Seed exchange

Post  cepedag14 Tue Feb 21, 2017 1:44 pm

Good afternoon, Greetings from Venezuela.
I come here to share experiences and learn every day about bonsai, but apart from working native species of my country, species from other countries seek to expand my list of species in bonsai. XD
I look for possible exchange of seeds that by the political situation of my country do not allow me to buy dollars or any foreign currency in order to buy them. That's why I'm looking for seed exchanges. I will leave my list of seeds that I look for, if someone is interested it would be very gratifying to have more species in my yard.

Seeds I'm looking for

Rhaphithamnus spinosus
Schinus molle
Haematoxylum campechianum
Feroniella lucida
pemphis acidula
Commiphora monstruosa
Myrtus Communis
Cotoneaster Horizontallis
Grewia occidentalis
Nashia inaguensis
Mimosa bahamensis
Ulmus minor
Ulmus Pumila
Ulmus Americana
zelkova serrata
Carpinus caroliniana
Styrax formosana
Eysenhardtia polystachya
Clerodendrum inerme
Celtis africana

Cepedag,

Do you have a real name - teasing Laughing

You have clubs on your side, would it not be easier to get seed from them ?

Is your area to cold for these ?

Tamarindus indica
Cocoloba uvifera
Punica
Citrus
Ixora
Gmelina
Cuphea h
Ficus p
Maclura t
Malphigia
Conocarpus e.

We have some of the ones on your list but not sure if one can just post the seed to you?
Laters.

Hello, Khaimraj!
I'd be interested in Conocarpus erectus, if it's possible for you to post Embarassed
I've been searching for some time this species, you know imported plants at the local nurseries, but no success.

Seed exchange Empty Seeds for trade

Post  Michigander Thu Dec 27, 2018 12:08 pm

I have two varieties of Japanese Maple which I am calling A. matsumurae, types I, red, and II, green.  Also, I have Acer ginnala, Mimosa julibrissin,  Laburnum anagyroides, Cercis canadensis, and Metasequoia glyptostroboides.

I'm looking for Mindanao gum,  Lysiloma watsonii var. thornberi, Senna polyphylla, Leucophyllum Frutescens, and varieties of Mesquite.  Or, interesting species with small foliage for bonsai.  What have you?
