Hi all,

Reposting this as previous one's photo did not come through. Any suggestions or advice to start with this wild olive tree will be appreciated. Thank you

Hello Mano Javier, if mine, i would make a hard prunning and set the first branch lower and the second branch as the apice.

Thanks for your reply Arzivenko. For a newbie like me, that would be drastic but I guess you already imagined its future shape. May I ask again, How long do you think new leaves will sprout to cover the crown?

One season for sprouting. Here by us. To cover the crown, give it 2 years, provided you do everything right.

Thanks for your opinion Andre. Had it potted now but did not do drastic pruning, only bit of clipping and branch wiring to shape it and it is doing well.
