This is a nursery bought, raw material, pre bonsai..Ive been working on this tree for a few weeks, here are some pics of what ive been doing..it has some faults ive been trying to correct, inverse, bulging...ive been cutting back here and there for taper



After styling

I chose this front as the nebari is better and shows more age, i feel the trunk line is also better..

This is it on a landscape slab to mimic a tree on a hill, inspired by Jun's sleepy hollow tree.

It just needs time to establish and develop now.
the right branch will need to be reduced. the left one too, depending on where it back buds.

This one will go in the ground in the next few weeks, im transplanting all my smaller sized trees into the ground over the coming weeks and putting everything into my chuhin sized trees on my balcony, this one will benefit from ground growing, ill be more happy with it once it gains a little more trunk girth and power, this will also see the edges of the hollow roll in far quicker, once in the ground i will grow them out then hedge prune
