I love the tree - looks very natural and at 10 inches. Nice!
I'm not sure about the pot with this tree. It is a little distracting but it could be the photograph.

I would have it leaning over a bit.
The correct name for Kingsville boxwood is Buxus microphylla 'Compacta.' The Kingsville epithet is because it originated in the Kingsville Nursery, Kingsville, Maryland.
