The first three are from hedging stock, chopped down from taller trees

i reduced this one to a stronger left leader, the left leader will be extended as per the virt....the reduction also made the chop/hollow less visible, the other side is completely hollow from rabbit damage

I have fallen in love with the last one, Bobby. What are the dimensions? I know there is the Graham's mug but it is slightly behind the tree so difficult to judge for my unexperinced eyes.

Do you have any plans with the "levitating" roots?

Hi Vlad, at widest point the base/root spread is approx 9in and soil level to top is 12inch

i guess i could pack some soil and spag moss in between the roots. will update as it leafs out....

Roots: They make the tree look younger. Great for ladies though. I would consider cutting them of if there are some other ones below the soil level. I do not think you need them to get more girth Cool. But thats me...I do prefer more traditional bonsai

Great TREE. Enjoy it.

Bobby why not just put some thin wires over those roots and pull them down?
