Progressing....

Boo...pesky double branch....one branch much stronger than the other. Just not placed right....to me, at least. Wire it, cut it back, I don't know. I wonder if it would ever look "right". But what do I know.... clown

comes out a little to the front, so I could only change potting location in one direction, one that doesn't work well.

What do you think? I'm gonna take it off.....shortly. Need to drink and "stuff" on it....not long though, hehehe Beaurangel

Leavins'......

hard to tell from the pics but if the 2 are higher up in the tree as they appear to be, just wack off the larger one...

but then again, i dont agonize too much over those kinda choices... Wink

I'd like to see it thinned down here so we get a glimpse of the trunks.

I'll try to post photos this afternoon. I cut of all I dared, as I like to leave a little extra to help the subject retain some vigor. Yep, Jim, I hear you about that one spot you have mentioned. There's a wee little stump there that's gonna' be trunk #5. Left the area a little bushy to ensure vigor. Foregoing wire at this time. Maybe next spring. Question

Better.

Can't tell. Does the "little feller" make 4 trunks or 5?
