Both are nice trees, but I hope no one who is afraid of snakes comes up on the first one too suddenly. I THINK I'd like it a bit better if it were a degree or two more upright. No more than that, though.

Those are both lovely! Who was the maker of the container on the Hazel? Interesting pot, great fit...

Hi, the pot with the hazel is an Isabella. Czech I think? Bought at NT a few years back. Colour, shape and visual feel made the purchase a must. Without a tree is a winner in my eyes

Being a shohin, you could name that first tree "Inchworm".
