beauties ! and i really dig the warm soft lighting...

jim - why a different pot ???
i think the one its in exemplifies the strength and stability of such a massive trunk...
(perhaps it may be a wee bit too deep... but thats all i can guess)

LOVELY pot.  Wrong Shape.  I rather see a riveted drum pot for that fat round trunk.

Three great trees there and it's nice to see some autumn colour too (my Larch are still pretty much green).

I like the first pot as well although I'm sure Jim's idea of a drum would also work.  

Is that the best view for the third tree though? Would love to see some more detail.

Close up of the cascade is great. The bark is fantastic as is the texture of the pot. A really good combination.
