Flame forged bonsai...
Thought would share a bit with yall. Before deciding to back to school for horticulture, i had been a flame-working artist for about 5-6 years. Was not sure where to put this on the forum, hope this is the right spot.
We'll start with the "trunk"...
Twist that thang up....
Add the "low branch"....
Noticed a bit of inverse taper, lets heat her back up and fix that...
That's better...
"Foliage" time....
Finish "growing foliage" and put some feet on the pot, now 2-3 hours of annealing...
Cooled down and ready for display....
Will post more, when and if, i have time to make any more over winter break. Hope yall enjoy...

This was the right place.
That was quite a transition from he "trunk" to the finished tree. Nice job.

Thanks for sharing. I especially like the transition photos. And please share some other creations, who knows maybe there is even a market for them.

Haha! Had no idea where you were going to end up, based on where you started! Nice work, good vision to get there! Oh and market, start in Omaha, Ne. I want three!

Hey wow, appreciate all the kind words yall! As for a market for these, i can't seem to make them fast enough! Wasn't tryin to plug myself at all, very very little time for this anymore, but if not against the rules one could send a PM and could get to you over the next year. Unfortunately though my setup is not mobile. I am trying to find a studio near where i am at school where could do some work; but honestly from my experience in the past if i do no one takes ventilation as serious as i do, i like to breath. Really thanks again for your kind words, means a lot from my bonsai friends!
