Another native tree from South America.
It is present in all Cone Sul, since the south of Brazil until Chile.

I know that the Argentineans beat with this plant.
That we have many in the South of the country. Plus another plant with practically unknown immense potential and in the remaining portion of the Wolrd.

Luciano,

Although you post the particularities and suitability of the Chilean acacia as bonsai, the bonsai tree you present is a very well known Acacia Farnesiana from Indonesia. Was this tree sold to your country?

Sorry about the wrong photo of the plant. The first Acácia Caven that see in Bonsai were of the Marita Gurruchaga of Argentina, and I have seen some works with this plant made in Argentina. To put it is present in the South of the Brazil as paisagism tree. And is the sales as common tree. The best way to obtain good material for Bonsai will be entering in contact with: Marita Gurruchaga or Sergio Luciani, from Argentina.
Shalom Luciano.
