What are some good varieties of rosemary and thyme for bonsai?

I'm working on a variety of Rosemary called Tucsan Blue.  It's taken a while to establish itself in a pot, about a year, but now it's loving life!  It has lovely flaky bark and a twisted trunk. Rosemary doesn't like to have wet feet, so use a quick draining potting medium and don't prune off too much of the rootball at once.  I learned the hard way  Crying or Very sad 

Also, if you want to wire the branches, do it before they lignify because they snap very easily once hardened off.
