I collected this Scots Pine about 6-7 years ago and it spent about 3 years in the ground and another 2-3 years in a nursery pot.
This is the tree last year.

This was this morning.  It was potted into it's bonsai container this spring.

Excellent progress - both tree and title! Seriously, it's a cracking little creation - is it deliberately "dragon" shaped (see last pic.)? Or is it a happy accident? Cheers. Rick.

Very nice. An unusual shape that gives it a Chinese feel, I like it a lot.
