Germinating duranta repens seed ?
when the berries is riped(bright orange), do i place the whole berry into the soil to wait for germination or do i have to remove all d flesh and extract jus the seed only ?

Seed germination
The way that a seed is germinated is down to stratification, for instance most seeds need to go through a period of freezing, some even burning as a general rule let the seed have the same conditions as it would have in the wild, this way the seed pod will crack and the seed will germinate.

u sure for duranta repens u need stratification ? and stratification is not needed for all seeds ?

No pre-treatment is required. Apparently repens is a synonym, the proper name being Duranta erecta. Look here http://www.fs.fed.us/global/iitf/pdf/shrubs/Duranta%20erecta.pdf
