I do need more benches and have plans for more later this year. The wire mesh is a deterant to keep the cat from scratching the trunks. She's a new pet and I'm trying to train her on the finer points of bonsia etiquette.

Looking good Todd, your benches are more full than I remember. That ginkgo from you has just taken off, growing like crazy. Thanks.

Trees always outgrow tables!
From those shelves in the background you could go into the used pot business.

Leo, when you visited, six of the large trees currently on the benches, were in nursery containers. I potted them up this Spring and they take up a lot of room. I'm glad the Ginko is doing well. The Mikawa pines are growing well and they will probably go into the ground.
Indeed Jim I could. I do sell and trade trees and pots, which helps my "bottom line." I weather my pots outdoors, year round, to enhance the patination.

[1] Lucky duck, woooden benches will not last down here, and I always have to weld something which can take a while.
[2] Second to last image looks like a tree, that would look better next to a bamboo hedge, so to spare you the agony of having to grow one, here is my address ........
[3] Damn lucky to have folks able to visit you, wish we had such a strong interest in bonsai down here.
Thanks again.

*Oh yes and you have lots of pots - envy.

Hi Khaimraj, I would love to visit the West Indies, but can't afford to yet... thank you for your kind words . That Trident Maple is a cutting I started over 15 years a go ... and will go into a better pot next Spring.
