Styling issues
I had resently bought a goldmound spirea to be turned into a bonsai. I decided that it would look best as a broom style tree. In trying to cut off all the branches that point at the viewer, I cut off all of the front branches. Any advice to fix that mistake, or should I wait for new branches to grow.
Also, do I have to change the direction of branches that poin towards the onlooker.
Thank you for any advice for a beginner , bonsaiteen

Another thing, I can't post pics from my iPod. I know that a pic would be helpful to you though

from my opinion, classic broom style not nescussery to open the front by cuting the point branches .
to do more, waiting for new branches and healthy sign.
