We could use some close-up pictures if possible. I think your mistake was bringing a Japanese holly to Egypt. I don't think it will do well. How long are you going to be there?
Some of your symptoms sound like insect damage, & others sound like a fungus. The flowers dried out because of the unsuitable climate.

Those leaves don't look too bad to me.  Maybe they are just old. Leaves don't last forever.

HOWEVER!  No holly will survive for long if kept indoors.  They are not tropical plants, and need cold weather to survive.

Whoa! Which Japanese holly are we talking about? Ilex dimorphophylla is sub tropical, and might qualify as an indoor plant in the winter, but you will kill any plant if you keep it indoors in air-conditioning.

Do you mean you don't have an outdoor option - garden/patio or whatever?

I wish you had left it in England. Sad
Would it be possible to put it in a room that has the air-conditioner turned off most of the time, but near a window? You could put it outside at night. I don't hold out much hope.
Are you sure you have a true air conditioner, with coils? Many people don't realize that an air conditioner also lowers the humidity, which is why it is so bad for plants. If you have an air conditioner that works by evaporation, aka swamp cooler, your tree will be fine.

Thing is llex crenata is a better outside plant than an inside plant. I needs sunlight, but I would try and acclimate it to the outdoors. A transition period.

In other words, don't just put it in full sun after being indoors, little by little, give it more light until it can tolerate the ultraviolet rays, which are intense.

I tink i's looking like it does now is because it's been indoors all it's life.

yeah i know i was thinking about leaving it in England but...i might not be back to England anytime soon that's why i wanted to keep it with me....anyways i started showering the tree leaves every morning in the shower" isolating the soil from water to avoid over watering" to wash off any pests "if there are any" and leaving it outside the window in direct sunlight for max two hrs and then indoors by the window the rest of the day because it is really dry in egypt these days and so hot to keep it outside all day.
it's been 4 days doing this and i noticed the tree has grown baby leaves all over its branches

and yea i can put it in a room without air conditioner...the only purpose i kept it in an air conditioned room since i came here was the high temperature in egypt and the sudden transition from 18 C in england to 34 C which i thought is harsh for the tree.
